Never let leftovers go to waste! With the leftover meat and gravy from the baked chicken meal, you can make hot chicken sandwiches (a fourth use of the chicken). I think they’re even more delicious than the original meal.
Hot Chicken Sandwiches
Dice up some meat and carrots and throw them in a hot pan. I don’t add any oil. Let them brown a little, then spoon in some gravy. Turn the heat down to medium-low and let it simmer for a few minutes. Sometimes, I add spinach along with the gravy.
Toast up some sourdough bread (or whatever bread you like). Pour the gravy mixture on top, and enjoy!
