Tamago Gohan

We ate breakfast outside again this morning! On the menu: tamago gohan. In Japanese, this literally means “egg rice.” I grew up eating this dish for breakfast. You make a fried egg and put it over a bowl of rice. Then you add a little soy sauce, mix it all up, and eat it as is or with nori. It’s a super simple meal to throw together, especially if you already have cooked rice. My kids loved it! Itadakimasu!
